Fabian Leonhardt
Founder & Portfolio Manager
Fabian Leonhardt is a co-founder of Green Investment Partners. Previously, Fabian worked in investment banking and infrastructure investing in the renewable energy sector with Augusta & Co. He lectures value investing at Cambridge University and is a board member of the renewable energy developer Umwelt Management AG. Furthermore, he was previously a board member at the energy trading company, Convex Energy. He is a CAIA Charterholder and received a First Class Masters in Finance from Trinity College Dublin.
Fabian is a German speaker.
Joshua Cole
Founder & Portfolio Manager
Joshua Cole is a co-founder of Green Investment Partners. Previously, Joshua worked in renewable energy investing with Augusta & Co. Prior to this he worked in asset management with Guinness Asset Management and as a quantitative analyst at a high growth lender backed by J.C. Flowers & Co. He is a CFA Charterholder and received a First Class Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Pascal Quiry
Pascal Quiry holds the BNP Paribas Chair in Finance at HEC Paris, where he has been teaching since 1986. Pascal is a founder and managing partner of the private investment fund Monestier Capital. He is a board member of several listed and unlisted companies and the co-author of Vernimmen, the reference work in corporate finance for professionals and students.
Previously, he was a managing director in the Corporate Finance department of BNP Paribas where he was a member of the Executive Committee and head of American and European execution teams.
Sylvain Goupille
Sylvain Goupille created and managed Althelia Funds (now Mirova Natural Capital), a sustainable fund business sold to Natixis group in 2019. He was the former head of climate finance and trading at BNP Paribas.

Anil Joshi
Chief Operating Officer
Anil Joshi is Chief Operating Officer & Compliance Officer. He has over 30 years of Hedge Fund, Banking and Accounting experience.
Previously, Anil was COO of Titan Capital Management, Portland Hill Capital and Old Lane London and CFO of Silver Ridge and COMAC Capital. Anil also ran Product, Financial Control and Operations teams at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse (London) and Deutsche Bank (Tokyo).
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and has a First Class BSc in Banking and International Finance.
Gabriella Baber
Senior Compliance Consultant
Gaby Baber is an independent Senior Compliance Consultant. She has over 15 years of asset management compliance consultancy experience.
She was the founder of Lansdowne Consultancy Limited in 2011 to provide bespoke and personalised compliance consultancy services. Previously, she was a compliance consultant for Leale-Green Limited.
She has a LLB Hons Degree in Law and was called to the Bar.

Samuel Steventon
Investor Relations Manager
Samuel Steventon joined Green Investment Partners in 2021 and is responsible for Business Development and Investor Relations functions.
Previously, Samuel gained experience at PwC and HSBC, and ran a student sustainability consultancy. He received a First Class Degree in Geography from the University of Bristol, where his thesis examined the environmental impact and economic viability of renewables.
